All sales made though the online ordering system are subject to verification. Any orders failing verification will be refunded through the paypal system.
We are unfortunately only able to supply equipment bought through this site to students of Mr Hay’s clubs
All order are paid for via the paypal payment gateway. No records are kept on our systems past the invoice. We do not see, process or store any of your credit or debit card details. Paypal is the sole payment provider for this store.
Orders fall under our standard return policy. We aim to provide the highest quality items, however if a product should fall below out standard please return it to us for a refund or exchange. Please contact us using the content section of this website for that purpose or speak to Mr or Mrs Hay during a session.
