Sparring training with Mr Sibthorpe
Mr Wayne Sibthorpe is holding some sparring training at his club at Witheridge.
The next two fridays will be as follows:
Fri 14th – 6.30 – 7 pm syallbus, 7-8 pm sparring all grades (Drills, tactics and sparring)
Fri 21st – 6.30 – 7 pm syallbus, 7-8 pm sparring all grades (competition practice, sparring rules etc)
There will be no cost as it is part of the main class, just bring your sparring kit, water and plenty of energy. The first half hour 6.30 to 7 pm is optional and will follow the normal class format.
